One of the largest producers of soft drinks in Poland decided to optimize its loading operations. To this end, it established cooperation with Aspekt, which implemented the Rewista Gate Control system. This is a solution designed to automate and improve the flow of goods, packages and pallets.
Challenges
The customer was experiencing significant errors during the loading process, resulting in costly fines from retailers and additional expenses for redistributing incorrectly shipped pallets. These errors also had a knock-on effect on other operational aspects, such as scanning errors, additional time and costs associated with over-processing, and frustration among managers and operators.

After conducting an audit to identify key challenges and understand the client’s needs, Aspekt tailored the Rewista Gate Control system to the specific requirements of the manufacturing plant.
