Client
The client is one of the largest manufacturers of occasional decorations in Europe. It offers over 5,000 products. The company sells in over 80 countries worldwide. It employs over 300 people.
Challenges
In 2020, Aspekt implemented wearable devices at one of the largest manufacturers of occasional decorations in Europe. The implementation took place in their 14,000 m2 warehouse. The warehouse processes over 900 shipments daily, while simultaneously filling them with 150,000 individual products. These operations are carried out by 30 pickers. The main challenges that Aspekt faced were: increasing the speed of order completion, improving efficiency and quality of work, minimizing errors, and introducing Wearable Industry 4.0 solutions that would be ergonomic for employees.
Solution
