Technology Description
Vision gates use industrial cameras, optical readers and motion sensors to identify pallets without physical contact. The system automatically reads the label, registers the passage and transfers the data to the system, providing fast and repeatable scanning.
Scope of Analysis
Scope of Analysis The system analyzes label content, quantity, pallet type (e.g., “sandwich” pallets), orientation and direction of movement. Each passage is compared with the loading list, enabling discrepancy detection and preventing process errors.
Where It Works Best
This solution performs best where units are marked with logistics labels (e.g., SSCC). It is ideal for production, logistics operations, loading ramps and goods-issue zones, especially in environments with a high pallet volume.
RFID Gates
Technology Description
RFID gates use UHF antennas and readers to automatically capture tags attached to pallets, containers and packages. The system works without line-of-sight, enables fast scanning of multiple items at once and ensures stable reads.

The system registers RFID identifiers, monitors the direction of movement and compares the readings with the loading list. It can analyze multiple tags simultaneously, instantly detect incorrect units and minimize the risk of loading errors.
