Challenges
At the stage of starting cooperation, the client’s warehouse was located near Warsaw, where the WMS Rewista implementation was carried out. Ultimately, the system is to support the warehouse under construction, which will also house the production department and an auxiliary warehouse intended for storing stocks of semi-finished products for production purposes, as well as imported goods and semi-finished products. Along with the new warehouse, the client plans to include the production department in WMS Rewista and launch warehouse automation (automatic conveyors from production to warehouse), which will be integrated with WMS Rewista.
Solution
The implementation of the WMS Rewista system turned out to be a necessity for the client. This system allows the company to fully identify products for each assortment. Integration of large quantities of goods with automatic identification significantly reduced the number of errors in the warehouse. Advanced cooperation of WMS Rewista with warehouse automation will allow for effective management of the flow of goods in the warehouse.
